Did you know that music therapy is a thing? We as humans react to music so it only makes sense to create a playlist that promotes positive thinking. Whether it’s rock, blues, R&B, or pop music, it doesn’t matter unless it matters to you. No two playlists may be the same, and that is just fine. It’s your playlist so add the music that makes you happy and puts you in a good mindset. If you aren’t sure where to start test out Google Play and search the moods and genres to see what jumps out at you.
Maybe you aren’t into music. If you aren’t up for music try an audio book, or podcast to put you in a good head space. Start your day on a good note by putting on your playlist first thing in the morning. Music is a powerful tool, use it well.
